BodyTalk

BodyTalk is the most popular treatment Cherilynn offers and where her journey with healing all began…

About BodyTalk

The BodyTalk System  is an amazing scientifically backed stand alone modality that uses the concept that the body can heal itself. The body has an Innate Wisdom which is how it began from conception as a cell and that cell knew how to keep multiplying to create a baby. Just the  same as if you cut your finger it bleeds, clots then heals. In the same sense the body knows how to self heal imbalances but due to stress, emotions, trauma, genetics and inherited aspects that self healing breaks down.

Symptoms like learning disorders, depression, allergies, trauma, panic attacks,  pain and disease etc are the body saying "something is not working as intended" which results in a breakdown of communication within the body/mind.

BodyTalk is all about getting that internal communication happening how it should, so the body can function at its highest capacity.

BodyTalk uses bio feedback (muscle testing like kinesiology) and because of my knowledge (43 techniques in BodyTalk) the body highlights to me what needs addressing and in what order it needs addressing. This order makes a big difference to the outcome because the body wants healing addressed in a very specific order and then the healing is long lasting. We then do a gentle tapping technique over the head (brain) and over the heart and navel which instigates a self healing process within the body so the body heals itself.

As a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner I am not healing you, rather through my knowledge of the BodyTalk system Im stimulating your body to heal itself as nature intended.

I work often with children with learning difficulties, dyslexia, ADHD, ASD etc. The parents and teachers report changes in the child's attention, reading, processing info, writing, memory retention, behaviour, etc.

I also work with depression and mental health however BodyTalk works with any ailment or symptom! Insomnia, pain, aches, misalignments, trauma, infertility, arthritis, inherited diseases, fibromyalgia, etc.

BodyTalk is very gentle and calming, and non invasive.  I continually get reports of how different the client feels even after one session. It's amazing!

How a BodyTalk session works

Questions about BodyTalk

BodyTalk is an innovative system of holistic health care that focuses on restoring communication within the body. It combines principles from various healing modalities to promote balance and well-being. If you have questions about BodyTalk, you’re not alone. Many people are curious about how it works and what to expect during a session.

What is BodyTalk?

BodyTalk is based on the idea that the body has an innate ability to heal itself. Practitioners use a technique called muscle testing to identify areas of stress or imbalance within the body. By tapping into the body's own wisdom, BodyTalk aims to address these issues and facilitate healing.

How does a BodyTalk session work?

During a BodyTalk session, the practitioner will typically ask you to lie down comfortably, fully clothes, while they assess your body’s needs. They use a combination of muscle testing and gentle tapping techniques to communicate with your body’s systems. Sessions usually last approximately 60 minutes and can be done in person, phone, video call or remotely.

What can BodyTalk help with?

BodyTalk can assist with a wide range of issues, including stress, chronic pain, trauma, depression, emotional challenges, and more. Many people find it beneficial for enhancing overall well-being and improving their quality of life. However, it’s essential to remember that BodyTalk is not a replacement for medical treatment but rather a complementary approach.

Is BodyTalk safe?

Yes, BodyTalk is generally considered safe for people of all ages. Because it works with the body’s natural healing processes, there are minimal risks involved.  BodyTalk will work along side clients taking medication and having chemo and radiation treatment etc.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of BodyTalk sessions required varies from person to person, depending on individual needs and health goals. Some may feel significant improvements after just one session, while others may benefit from a series of sessions over time. Your BodyTalk practitioner will help you determine the best approach for your situation.

Can I do BodyTalk on myself?

While professional practitioners are trained to facilitate BodyTalk sessions, there are also self-care techniques you can learn to apply BodyTalk principles in your daily life. Many people find that incorporating these techniques helps them maintain balance and well-being between sessions.

What to expect after a BodyTalk session

After a BodyTalk session, many individuals report a variety of noticeable changes in both their physical and emotional well-being. You might feel a sense of deep relaxation and a reduction in stress levels, as the session aims to balance your body’s energy and promote healing. Some people experience heightened awareness of their body, noticing areas that may have been tense or uncomfortable before the session. Additionally, you may find improvements in your mood, with feelings of clarity and calmness emerging as your body begins to release any pent-up emotions or stress.

In the days following your session, it’s common to notice shifts in your physical health, such as improved sleep patterns, increased energy levels, or even changes in appetite. These effects can vary from person to person, and some may experience a temporary increase in symptoms as the body begins to process the changes. This is often referred to as a healing crisis and is typically a sign that your body is adjusting.

Emotionally, you might find that you are better equipped to handle stressors, and your relationships may improve as you gain new insights into your behaviours and reactions. Many clients report feeling more connected to themselves and their surroundings, leading to a greater sense of peace and well-being. It’s important to remember that everyone's experience is unique, and while some may notice immediate changes, others may find that the benefits unfold gradually over time.

Overall, after a BodyTalk session, you can expect to feel more aligned with your body and mind, paving the way for a healthier, more balanced life.
